Halibalw aims to offer a range of services to parents, babies and children. Our services aim to help promote and encourage Welsh in communities by taking a bilingual approach to learning the language.

I run Story and Sensory classes with Story Babies RCT, Merthyr & Caerphilly. Story Babies have 40 of their own stories. We read one at the beginning of class each week and then act this out through different sensory activities. We also have our own music so every song you hear in Story Babies is unique to our class. So you can come to Story Babies for a whole year and get a different story each week! We do lots of dress up, parachute play, bubbles, light shows and so much more! 🌈 The classes are so much fun and each activity is researched fully and helps your baby with their development which I let you know about as we are doing the activity so you know how this helps your baby and how to do it at home. We give students the option to take exams (ISTD Syllabus) and Seasonal Performances and Showcases throughout the year. We make sure that we cater for everyone.
