Children Zumbini for children ages 6months to 4 where children can express themselves in freedom of song and dance whilst having the use of fun instruments and props. Children's yoga- Mind of a tiger- where children can love themselves and ensure they appreciate themselves in a safe space whilst increasing their flexibility and strength, builds on self asteem whilst strengthen their mind and body
