Lee Sterry Sports’ Coaching was founded in 2006 by Lee Sterry. Lee’s aim is to provide a professional coaching and teaching service to develop young players of all ages and abilitys at grass roots level and academy level. First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. GROW ethos is at the heart of everything we do, meaning: - We have fun and are safe - We are active and engaged - We learn and increase in confidence
