Classes enable children to develop their; posture, alignment, poise, coordination, rhythm, creativity, balance, physical and numeric literacy, strength, fitness, determination, problem solving, communication, listening skills, focus, discipline, following instructions, spatial planning, self expression, empathy and compassion, social skills, cultural awareness, identity, inclusion, diversity, ... and so much more!
