Simply put ..... We are a dance family ! We dance for fun, fitness, skill development and social engagement. Offering numerous styles of dancing for all ages and abilities.

Classes for ages 3+ in Ballet, Tap, Modern Dance and Acrobatics. We build confidence through dance classes, and provide a welcoming environment for your child to learn, have fun, make new friends and grow in confidence!

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

Bitesize Bootcamp offers Functional Fitness Bootcamp Sessions for all ages and ability levels! Bitesize Bootcamp offers fantastically fun curriculum, PE curriculum and extracurricular sessions for schools. Not to mention our hugely popular Mental Wellbeing and Forest School programmes, delivered on-site at your school. Sessions are delivered by highly qualified staff and coaches, including qualified teachers, forest school leaders, fitness instructors, and experienced sports coaches with all the appropriate qualifications to leave you feeling positive and secure with the BSBC provision. We are fully risk assessed and insured- with all relevant safeguarding qualifications too!

Art Classes in Greater Manchester for children aged 4-12. We believe all children have the right to a creative education! Classes include visual arts - drawing, painting, textiles, 3D & more. All of our sessions are taught by practicing professional artists and we encourage confidence, creativity and expression through art. PLEASE NOTE: Clubs held in schools are for pupils attending the school exclusively. If your child doesn't attend the school stated, unfortunately they can't attend that club. Introduce your child to Cricket, release their boundaries and start the innings of a lifetime! Cricket tots classes have been carefully designed to introduce the fun and energy of cricket to small groups of girls and boys from 2.5 - 5 years old. We focus on introducing all the elements of cricket through structured lessons which are progressive, safe, friendly and fun. Each term, will cover every aspect of the great game! Classes are led by hand-picked coaches who are used to working with young children. All classes are held indoors and each session will last 40 minutes.

During term time we coach Physical Education in over 50 primary schools around Cheshire and Staffordshire, each school we work in is different and we pride ourselves in creating a bespoke service for each one, whether that be offering PPA cover, CPD lessons, Pools To Schools, breakfast, lunch or after school clubs. During school holidays our Multi-sports and Sport specific holiday clubs have been very popular since August 2010. We pride ourselves on offering children new experiences and opportunities within sport away from school time.
