Established in January 2023, the Kitty Watson Academy of Performing Arts (KWA) is an independent school offering a variety of different classes and training some of Manchester’s most promising young performers aged 4yrs–18yrs. We offer ‘triple threat’ training for our students where under expert tuition, they thrive in a professional, positive and nurturing environment. We give our students two professional show opportunities each year where they can put their training into practice. We also offer exams and assessments such as LAMDA to track their progress. In addition to our school, we have a talent agency attached where students have opportunities to work professionally within the TV, Film and Theatre industry.

Echo Performing Arts Academy is based in Alderley Edge, Cheshire. We run a mixture of classes and afterschool clubs for children aged 2.5 years to 14 years. The children do a mixture of Dance, Drama and Music in our Main Academy, working towards shows for all the family to enjoy. Our classes not only aim to develop the children's knowledge and technique within the arts but also improve confidence and team work.

Our classes set the foundation for a career in performing. Focusing on confidence building, communication and team work through game play, improvisation and creativity. With tailored classes for every age, we are a safe and creative environment for kids to express themselves freely. The classes are structured and cover topics including television and camera work as well as building on basic acting techniques.

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

All of our sessions are taught by practicing professional artists and we encourage confidence, creativity and expression through art. PLEASE NOTE: Clubs held in schools are for pupils attending the school exclusively. If your child doesn't attend the school stated, unfortunately they can't attend that club. Our state-of-the-art facility is based on the Stockport / Manchester border. The facility caters for all disciplines for both boys and girls gymnastics, together with pre-school gymnastics and dance classes, adult fitness and yoga classes. A wide variety of exciting, engaging instrument groups, band sessions, & 1-2-1 tuition allowing the next generation to learn and perform popular songs, learning the important skills of performing together as a team and the key components of the key stage 2, 3 & 4 music curriculum. The project utilises various electric and acoustic instruments including electric guitars, bass guitars, keyboards, acoustic guitars, drum kits, vocals and percussion achieving an overall full band experience covering modern and classic songs including tracks from the Rockschool RSL Awards syllabus.
