Velasco Walker School of Dance offers the highest standard of training in a variety of dance disciplines for children. We have classes for children aged two years and up and, cater for absolute beginners to those with dance experience. Everyone is welcome. The ethos of our school is to create a fun, inclusive and friendly environment but well structured and disciplined classes. The safe and nurturing atmosphere allows our teaching staff to instil a love for the art of performing in our pupils. All of our teachers have been professionally trained and have had highly successful professional careers in dance and performing arts. In this class children will learn the basic core skills such as Running, Jumping, Throwing, Catching, Kicking and co-ordination as well as social skills such as Listening, Discipline, working with friends and taking turns. all these skills are taught using fun games and exercises that will have children learning while having fun
