We teach you how to fall safely, we show you how to execute moves, outwit opponents and develop skills that maybe useful to defend yourself if the situation ever required. However we always promote and expect you to have respect for the coaches, your team mates and most importantly your competitors. We want to help you to win!!! but we want you to be graceful in defeat. Wrestling is a weight category sport (No child will be weighed unless attending national competitions, and no child would ever be asked to cut weight) so your child will practice with someone their own size and rough weight each week. Misconceptions; Wrestling is sometimes viewed as violent and linked to the excitement of entertainment wrestling. However we don't throw punches or chairs. We don't trash talk our adversaries and we certainly don't encourage hurting our team mates or opponents.

City of Glasgow gymnastics club is a performance centre for talented gymnasts, producing Scottish and British champions and Commonwealth athletes. We currently offer fun classes for beginner gymnasts (5-12yrs) and adult sessions (16+) for beginner and experienced gymnasts. We are a nut-free environment to protect our gymnasts with allergies - please do not bring products with nuts into the gymnastics hall area.

Zenkai Judo aims to teach kids and adults judo in a fun, friendly and safe environment, we teach in the Cumbernauld area and have experienced coaches. Zenkai Judo aims to offer an opportunity regardless of ability for everyone to benefit from a fun social environment, a chance to improve fitness levels, deal with frustration, anger and to help teach self control it also offers a chance to meet new friends too. We offer fun & friendly recreational classes for all ages & abilities alongside high-quality competitive training in Artistic gymnastics.

We are based in the Kinning Park area of Glasgow and in Stonehouse, South Lanarkshire. We have been established since 2006. Our aim is to give our students a passion for dance and the performing arts, in a fun and friendly atmosphere. We also have the options for children to go forward for competitions, but this is something that requires further commitment from the students. We take children from as young as 2 years and our pupils have the opportunity to stay with us until they are adults. All teachers are fully qualified in their area of dance, with everyone having many years of teaching experience behind them. Teachers are PVG checked, first aid trained and fully insured. Any questions please don’t hesitate to get in touch. All of our classes run for between 32/ 34 weeks of the year and our fee's are calculated for the year. We operated a one month cancelation policy and all trial classes are non refundable.

Sparta trampoline club is the largest trampoline club and the only club with its own Centre in Scotland. We offer from recreational to competitive and preschool to adult classes. Trampolining is exercise disguised as fun - 10 minutes on a trampoline = 30-minute run! (yup, same number of calories burnt) We are not a trampoline park - classes are structured, and all gymnasts are coached, with no more than 5 gymnasts per coach. Gymnasts are all taught proper progressions and routines, learning new moves as they progress.

Bishopbriggs Acro Gymnastics Club is based in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow and caters for competitive and recreational gymnasts starting from the age of 5 years. Our aim is to promote acro gymnastics as both a competitive and recreational sport and make it as accessible as possible for those interested in participating. Acro gymnastics involves pairs, groups and tumbling from Preparatory Grades to FIG level. The club was established in 1983. Throughout the years the club has seen much success with several gymnasts representing Scotland in both acrobatics and tumbling. We are very proud of all our gymnasts' achievements! Bishopbriggs Acro Gymnastics Club is affiliated to the governing body, the Scottish Gymnastics Association.
