First Gymnastics offer recreational weekly classes and holiday camps for children aged 4 to 12 years. Our programme is designed to teach the fundamentals of gymnastics, enhancing core skills and building strength, co ordination, flexibility and confidence. Each week in a term is different and we use apparatus such as bars, air tracks, trampettes and vault. Our SMILE, MOVE. GROW ethos is at the heart of everything we do, meaning: - We have fun and are safe - We are active and engaged - We learn and increase in confidence

Dance Empire offers so many choices of dance and styles! We work with schools, nursery's, and have evening classes to develop future stars.
