For nursery children we use play to teach them gross motor skills before moving onto teach the P1&2 children basic skills and rules of our sports while also introducing them to ideas of movement, tactical thinking and awareness. The P3/4&5 classes work on their sporting understanding through playing the sports and creative games again helping them to further understand tactical thinking, movement, awareness and timing.

We run fun friendly classes aimed at age 3-18 years with a variety of classes to offer, stage, lyrical, freestyle, commercial, Acrobatic arts & private tuition. We hold shows that are always very popular and a fantastic way for the kids to show case some of their creativity, performances and hard work they have achieved throughout the year.
