Sebastien Foucan (star of the opening sequence of James Bond's Casino Royale) has established an Academy to safely share the secrets of Parkour and Freerunning. We have classes from 4 year olds to adults 4 days a week in Hammersmith. Students can expect an increased level of fitness plus greater mental and physical confidence. All of our coaches have the highest level of training through the Foucan academy
