The Zumba® dance craze has been taking the world by storm with over 5 million adults each week shaking and shimmying to the Latin vibes but why should the adults have all the fun?!!! Funk Fusion Fitness is introducing the Zumba® phenomenon to the kids with its fusion of salsa, reggae ton, hip-hop and more styles creating a fun, safe and effective workout. Children will learn fitness dances, play fun motivational games, learn new rhythms and styles of music and culture.

Magical, interactive multi sensory classes for babies & toddlers!

SupaStrikers is a football-based activity session for children aged 2-5 years, which takes the form of weekly indoor sessions and it’s coming to Eastbourne! We offer football coaching to girls who are looking to get involved with football for the first time and to those looking for extra training in addition to their team training. All sessions are based on having fun, while learning new skills and developing technical abilities. We run, After School Clubs and Birthday Parties, for those aged 5-11. At ABEL GIRLS FOOTBALL All sessions are run by First Aid Trained, DBS Checked and experienced, qualified FA coaches that the kids will find fun engaging and highly inspirational. The girls are able to play football in a fun and friendly environment which provides the perfect setting for girls to make new friends, build confidence and stay active. We are here to inspire the next generation of young lionesses!

Learn French with BilinguaSing! We nurture a love of language through music and play and boost your child's cognitive, physical, emotional and cultural development. We use catchy songs, props, movement, actions and some BSL to help reinforce in those amazing spongey brains those important links between word and object as we sing and repeat in English and French. Whilst supporting the French language objectives, they'll be soaking up new vocabulary with ease and growing in confidence - as we know, children learn best when they are having fun, so learning and repeating through song means they'll never forget!
