Formed in 1977, Dumfries Y Gymnastics Club currently has around 800 members from across Dumfries and Galloway. Our gymnasts range in age from 6-weeks old to 16 years old. The Club is fully affiliated to the Scottish Gymnastics Association. We moved into our own premises in 2017, providing the only dedicated gymnastics facility in the region.

At our clubs, we offer a range of activities on rotation. These range from arts and crafts themed sessions, to sports and games themes, and mystery nights. We pride ourselves on getting to know the children and families that attend out clubs.

Next Level School Of Dance Offers Jazz, Lyrical,Contemporary, Commercial/Hiphop, Acrobatics and Aerial Hoop classes. For Pre School to 18 years

Interactive instructor led glowing magical storytelling sessions by Susan a qualified teacher who specialises in ASN. Sessions last between 30-40mins with tea & chat at the end in Dumfries, Annan, Lockerbie & Carlisle I also run 3 Glow bears sensory room in Dumfries for 5 years upwards for children with sensory needs and Three Brown Bears preloved children's clothing. Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
