North Lakes Gymnastics Academy is an award winning club located in Penrith the heart of Cumbria. Our sessions are based in our dedicated gymnastics facility. As a British Gymnastics registered club we provide a fun, exciting and safe learning environment for children aged 18 months upwards. Our highly experienced and fully qualified coaching team are all registered British Gymnastics Coaches and will cater for each individual child’s needs whether they are a complete beginner or a budding gymnast.

Formed in 1977, Dumfries Y Gymnastics Club currently has around 800 members from across Dumfries and Galloway. Our gymnasts range in age from 6-weeks old to 16 years old. The Club is fully affiliated to the Scottish Gymnastics Association. We moved into our own premises in 2017, providing the only dedicated gymnastics facility in the region.

At our clubs, we offer a range of activities on rotation. These range from arts and crafts themed sessions, to sports and games themes, and mystery nights. We pride ourselves on getting to know the children and families that attend out clubs.

Interactive instructor led glowing magical storytelling sessions by Susan a qualified teacher who specialises in ASN. Sessions last between 30-40mins with tea & chat at the end in Dumfries, Annan, Lockerbie & Carlisle I also run 3 Glow bears sensory room in Dumfries for 5 years upwards for children with sensory needs and Three Brown Bears preloved children's clothing. Miss Kirsty's Performers is a children theatre school in Windermere. We provide a safe space for every child to shine, offering opportunities to perform, gain qualifications through examinations, develop skills in the performing arts and just to have fun! Our Musical Theatre classes are for fun loving, energetic and creative children. We focus on drama and musical theatre vocals and aim to build confidence and creativity. We provide opportunities for our students to perform in our annual showcase. Our students also have the option of taking exams with the London Academy of Music and Dramatic Arts (LAMDA). We offer Ballet, Tap and Modern dance classes. Children have the option of taking exams with the Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance (ISTD). Our dancers love to perform in annual showcases, which is always a delightful event for family and friends to come and cheer us on.
