We run Children's just for fun cheerleading classes-Tigers cheer gang-where children should enjoy learning something new in a no pressure environment. Children will learn cheerleading within a supportive fun environment. All abilities are welcome and included. Children Zumbini for children ages 6months to 4 where children can express themselves in freedom of song and dance whilst having the use of fun instruments and props. Children's yoga- Mind of a tiger- where children can love themselves and ensure they appreciate themselves in a safe space whilst increasing their flexibility and strength, builds on self asteem whilst strengthen their mind and body

Many will agree life pressures are stronger than ever whether it be in school, work or a chosen hobby. Simply Dance is strong believers in living life to the full and what better way than through dance and drama, release those stresses and enjoy the moment. Simply Dance thrives on a fun stress-free environment and who wouldn’t? We teach the disciplines required to be a great dancer and performer just with less stress and cost to families. The more fun the bigger the improvement all round, mental well-being, health and building confidence and self-expression are most important.
