Hi! I’m Helen, an experienced early years leader and busy Mummy of two children. I started running The Jolly Melodies Music Company, formerly Music with Mummy ten years ago, after taking both my own children from just 10 weeks old and seeing how much they enjoyed it & benefitted from it. I love meeting other local families and bringing them together in a friendly, fun environment. My classes are a great way to bond with your little one whilst encouraging their love for music, helping with speech development and enhancing their sense of rhythm. We have lots of fun with instruments, age appropriate sensory props, bubbles, singing and dancing, but it’s also half an hour out of the house where you can have some quality time with your baby/toddler. I know how daunting it can be going along to a new group so I make every effort to ensure you feel welcome and to put you and your little one at ease.

CNS deliver evening and weekend football sessions for children 2 - 16 years old. You can select group or 1 on 1 sessions. We run holiday courses through the school holidays. The courses can be football or multi sport. We pride ourselves on having that personal touch and our coaches truly go above and beyond to ensure players have a great time at all of our sessions. All coaches are FA qualified, OFSTED standard first aid trained, hold child safeguarding courses and are DBS checked. Our aim is for players to love sport! Once they have that love then they will want to play more so they can learn and improve as the weeks progress.

Our range of themes are engaging and fun! Tiny Tweeties has been carefully created by educators and supports pre school development, linking into EYFS curriculum.

Starz Drama School was established 6 years ago in Seaham, and welcomes over 250 children through its doors every week. We now have our own premises in Seaham with 2 fantastic studios, as well as classes in Chester-le-Street and Northallerton. We are a general gymnastics club offering classes for all abilities both girls and boys. Classes start from children walking who can attend our play & gym sessions. Whether you have attended another club before or your wanting to try gymnastics out for the first time, you will love it here at SGC 💜🤸🏽‍♀️

Pre-school messy play with a science twist!

Our progressive play programme is designed to develop your child’s physical skills. Using bespoke colourful equipment, we focus on agility, balance, climbing and co-ordination, which enhances brain development and builds confidence. Every session is supervised by our amazing specially trained staff, getting the best out of each child. Up until 3 years, grown-ups participate as well so that parents, carers and even grandparents can spend time with little ones as they develop. The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.
