This age group builds confidence, sharpens their technical ability and is the perfect step before our outdoor-development centres. Our Development Sessions are designed to improve and challenge the following: Individual Ball Mastery techniques, both learning skills to protect the ball, escape from pressure and eliminate in 1v1 scenarios. 1v1 domination, both offensively and defensively with pressure from the front/back and sides. Passing & Receiving techniques with links to tactical games to help players execute under pressure. Players game-insight, understanding the bigger picture of their role within a group of players. Small Sided Game experience, with contact time and intensity of match-reps being a focus. Players will be paired with individuals at a similar stage of their own journey, so that they can develop and be challenged whilst having success. Our players also get opportunities to play in tournaments and academy fixtures to showcase their level on the bigger stages.
