The journey begins for babies from 6 months old who can sit up unaided.

We offer Saturday morning gymnastics classes to children aged 4 years and above at The Rainbow Centre in Epsom. Our structured classes are led by highly qualified coaches and focus on putting the participants at the heart of every session. Gymnasts have the opportunity to develop skills on the floor and on apparatus and will work individually and in a small group. We have our own badge scheme that gymnasts work towards, alongside developing fundamental movement skills that are transferable to a number of different sports settings. Epsom Gymnastics is a registered British Gymnastics Club.
