SupaStrikers is a football-based activity session for children aged 2-5 years, which takes the form of weekly indoor sessions and it’s coming to Eastbourne! Dreams Gymnastics offer fun, friendly apparatus based classes suitable for children from age 4yrs upwards who are new to gymnastics and for those that have done gymnastics previously. In our sessions we have floor, vault, trampette, beams and bars with added extras such as inflatable tracks and rolls! Each week there will be stations for your gymnast to work on to improve flexibility and strength as well as help them learn and develop their skills! We understand that children all develop at different rates and take this into account when preparing our sessions. If your child is developing quickly or if they have come to us with some gymnastics experience, we will adapt the sessions to make them challenging fun and safe! We believe that competition is a good thing and recreational gymnasts are able to take part in Floor & Vault and Floor, Vault & Trampette competitions if they wish to do so. We also have successful medal wining Women's Artistic, and Floor & Vault Squads (these groups are invite only). They are focused on progressive training for floor, vault, beam & bars and compete in regional, national and international competitions. Whether your child has dreams of performing in competitions or they just want to learn a trick or two to show off to friends when your gymnast joins Dreams the whole family is welcomed into the Dreams Family. Dreams Gymnastics is a fully registered and insured club with Independent Gymnastics Association (IGAuk) and our IGA coaches and volunteers have enhanced DBS, and are Safeguarded and First Aid Trained.
