A clear pathway to help children enter the sport as a beginner and progress them to a national level. Wrestling benefits; - Improve cardiovascular fitness, core stability, reflexes, balance, coordination, timing and overall body strength. - Builds resilience - Promotes focus toward specific tasks. - Encourages discipline & respect. - Develops social skills. We teach you how to fall safely, we show you how to execute moves, outwit opponents and develop skills that maybe useful to defend yourself if the situation ever required. However we always promote and expect you to have respect for the coaches, your team mates and most importantly your competitors. We want to help you to win!!! but we want you to be graceful in defeat. Wrestling is a weight category sport (No child will be weighed unless attending national competitions, and no child would ever be asked to cut weight) so your child will practice with someone their own size and rough weight each week. Misconceptions; Wrestling is sometimes viewed as violent and linked to the excitement of entertainment wrestling. However we don't throw punches or chairs. We don't trash talk our adversaries and we certainly don't encourage hurting our team mates or opponents.

Our football sessions are personalised and targeted towards improving all aspects of a player’s skills and techniques.  Our sessions will improve: * Confidence levels through constructive and positive feedback. * General fitness levels, stamina, strength, speed and agility. * Technical football skills such as shooting, dribbling, passing and control. * Game and positional awareness. By combining our playing experience with our coaching experience, we  can focus on improving a player’s ability in ways that will directly affect their performances in matches.
