Our ballet classes offer a fun-filled introduction to the world of dance! Starting with "mums and babies" sessions for children aged from 15 months, your child will be introduced to ballet in a stimulating but structured environment by our gentle and encouraging teachers. Older children are able to learn the Royal Academy of dance (RAD) syllabus as they further progress their dance journey. Free trial classes are available to ensure the sessions are suitable.

We are based in Bedford and specialise in Commercial Dance, we offer classes for all ages and also have Gymnastics classes weekly! We offer many performance opportunities for our students including our annual show, charity events and competitions!

GLK Academies are passionate about inspiring children to become more active in sport. Our enthusiastic approach enables boys and girls to learn new skills in a fun environment. I Hold the UEFA A Licence and FA youth award and have spent my whole career in the football industry both as a young and senior player and now an academy owner, coach and manager. The KR football academy represents the culmination of my 25 years of experience within this beautiful game. As a father of a 6-year-old boy, I understand young children and work with players from the age of 5 up to 21, nurturing their development through the different stages of a young player's journey. I have coached players who have gone on to play for professional football Clubs both in the UK and abroad and have been a role model for young children and men within my local area of North London and beyond. My football coaching academy offers boys and girls a professional learning environment with the aim of developing young people both on and off the pitch. All of the coaches I hire are UEFA & FA qualified, fully DBS checked and safeguarding trained. First and foremost, my football coaching sessions are great fun. Myself and my team work hard to ensure our children are engaged for the whole session and look forward to training in a safe and motivated environment. Working to a structured and fun program, my sessions provide additional coaching for boys and girls who are already playing for local clubs, or who simply want to come along and enjoy football with no pressure of being involved in a team. The sessions are run in blocks of 6 weeks and mirror school terms (for example 6 weeks of football followed by a school holiday break). Players experience different coaching topics over the 6 weeks and receive written feedback at the end of the term to track their personal development.
